Well, hello.. It's me.. (Okay enough Adele for now!)
My name is Haafizah and I'm a self-confessed baking addict. Yeah I know you've heard it all before, self taught baker, baking for years, it's a passion blah blah blah! Although all of that is true, I like to let my baking do the talking.
It just excites me when I find a new recipe and try making it and it turns out really good so I make it again, and again.. And again! Let's just say my family encourage it, they call themselves, the 'tasters' (hmm I wonder why?)

I've been baking from as long as I can remember, obviously passed down to me by my very talented mother, I put my all in everything I bake. It's always been a hobby and now hopefully turned business.
If you thought I stop at cakes then think again! I make bundt cakes, cupcakes, muffins, biscuits, loaves, tarts, brownies, bread, cronuts and even made a gingerbread house once. I also make my own frosting, ganache, meringue and buttercream. Everything is made from scratch. I enjoy learning new techniques as well as recipes, my recipe book collection is out of control! If you have something in mind, no matter how wacky it is, I would love to hear about it.
Apart from baking, I'm an aspiring teacher, I enjoy sports, reading and travelling.
I think that pretty much sums me up.
