I made this for a special occasion for a family member. They absolutely loved it.
Yes it did taste as good as it looks.. I knew you were thinking it!
It's a 10 inch, two layer chocolate sponge cake with chocolate ganache between the 2 layers and around the sides as well as the top. All home made... No out of the packet stuff!
I used fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries to top the cake up and chocolate fingers around the side. Finished off with a ribbon.
